Intelliseq is a genome informatics company established in 2014 by a group of scientists fascinated with pharmacogenomics and transcriptomics. We are focused on developing novel algorithms and bioinformatic tools to interpret the human DNA sequence.

At Intelliseq, we understand that in-depth data analysis and interpretation lies at the very heart of successful genome-wide research.

The company consists of an interdisciplinary team of experts in the field of genomics, molecular biology, bioinformatics, mathematics, neuropsychology, and software development.

We collaborate with various hospitals, laboratories, and scientific institutions in Europe, USA, and Asia providing them with a unique product aimed at supporting whole-genome scientific research and the genetic diagnosis process. So far, we’ve worked with, among others, Helix, Boehringer Ingelheim, Vitalleo, and Cognitive Genetics.

Responsibilities:
  • Defining sales and marketing goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers in the USA, European, Asian,
  • Assessing, clarifying, and validating strategy & processes,
  • Creating a predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting,
  • Achieving sales targets, actively participating in sales processes, preparing sales budget,
  • Implementing, maintaining long-term b2b relationships,
  • In the future, build Intelliseq’s sales team.
Requirements:
  • A demonstrable track record of success in sales and managing sales forecasts.
  • Med-tech, life science or biotech background,
  • Previous experience in building, managing, and analyzing sales programs, including messaging, metrics, methodologies, and tools,
  • Experienced in opening and closing deals,
  • Experience in a high-growth company. Ability to communicate effectively and influence high-level multinational executives and team members,
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise,
  • Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills,
  • Ability to travel globally as needed,
  • Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company’s travel policy,
  • Goal-oriented mindset,
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office,
  • Fluent English (other languages will be a plus).
It would be perfect if you have:
  • Experience in selling SaaS products, international sales of laboratory hardware/software, products for genomics/DNA-powered products,
  • Record of recruiting and enabling top talent,
  • Start-up experience.
